“ Every year we make a trip to Santa Rosa, and every year we go to Omelette Express for breakfast. Only street parking is available, but on Sunday mornings we have not had a problem finding a spot. And although there are always people waiting outside, they get you in very quickly. Everything we have had here is good. Everyone loves their omelette, which is full of stuffings. I usually go with the fruit and yogurt plate, and I must say the fruit is always incredibly fresh. ”
“ Fabulous food!! Huge portions, we couldn't finish. I swear the food came out less than 5 min after we ordered it and was terrific! There are so many cool vintage jaguar hoods and dashboards on display in the restaurant and old newspaper clippings - it's such a cool place with awesome vibes! The owner Don was telling us about some of them and (I'm not a car person but I became one today!) I was blown away by the pristine condition of his extensive collection! Absolutely awesome place - come check it out if you're in Santa Rosa!! ”

“ Had forgotten how good Omelette Express is and so glad they open at 6:30 a.m.! I had the shrimp, avocado, sprouts, cheese omelette with potatoes and sour dough toast. It was humongous and will last me for 2 more meals! My server, Katie, was excellent without being intrusive. I didn't tell her it was my birthday, but she made me feel so special. It was a great start to a wonderful new year! ”
“ The owner greeted us on a holiday weekend as we walked into the restaurant. I liked the eggs Benedict and my partner preferred the omelette; the omelette is 3-eggs and easily split. The kitchen was kind enough to divide both of our dishes for us. Loved the cars on the walls, the vintage bicycles hanging in the back, and the news clips on the walls. I felt like I learned a bit about Santa Rosa by being there. It's also walking distance from the train, although we stayed at a nearby hotels ”
